Covering the whole World of Automotive Drive

Biofuels, CNG, hydrogen and electricity are catchwords of our time, and the electrical drive is all the hype. Consequently, it is also one of the main topics of the European All-Wheel Drive Congress Graz 2011. Nevertheless, the big challenge is to ensure the unrestricted availability of the energy an electric drive requires. So far, the range achievable with modern battery systems in combination with a pure electric drive is far inferior to that of conventional drives. However, promising approaches already do exist. It is about these that we want to discuss and exchange experiences at this conference.
