Application and submission

For the application and submission of your contributions, please use the online form. The following information must be entered in the application form:

// Title of the paper (in German and English)
// Personal data/particulars of the author and co-authors
// Abstract of the proposed subject (max. 1 page DIN A4, format: Microsoft Word, font: Arial 12pt)
// Digital photograph (.jpg or .tif format, at least 300 dpi)

Required presentation documents
After the acceptance of your proposed subject, the following documentation for your presentation has to be provided:
// Professional development/CV
// Paper content as continuous text with integrated graphics and images (paper),
   max. 15 pages or alternatively slides, approximately 20 transparencies
   (or 1 transparency per minute of the presentation).

Because the European All-Wheel Drive Congress Graz is an international conference, the presentation documents are required in English language. Detailed information and style sheets for the preparation of the presentation documents and the conference proceedings will be provided to you following the acceptance of your paper.

Presentation of the paper
Speakers will have 20 minutes for the presentation of their paper, followed directly by a 10-minute discussion. The presentations can be given either in German or in English, and simultaneous translation will be provided. 

Conference fee for speakers

All speakers have free access to the lecture program on April 14 and 15, 2011. Food and drink as well as the conference materials are also available for the speakers.
